Yes. An order confirmation and invoice are emailed to you automatically as soon as your order is placed.

You can change or cancel an order — including correcting a wrong shipping address — only while it's still being processed and hasn't shipped. Email us at contact@avyannadecore.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll help if the order hasn't left our studio.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, then handed to the courier. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Shipping is free on all India orders over ₹2,500. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress and see the estimated delivery date in real time. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — follow us on Instagram to hear when it launches.

A pre-order lets you reserve an item that's on its way to us but not yet in stock. Pre-orders typically take 1–3 months to arrive, depending on the artist, publisher, and international shipping timelines. The estimated arrival time is shown on each product page. Once your order is ready to ship, we'll email you with a dispatch confirmation. Pre-ordering is the best way to secure limited artist releases before they sell out.

Yes — but your whole order ships together once the pre-order item arrives. To receive in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

Washi tape is made from natural paper — it's matte, tearable by hand, and easy to write on. PET tape is a thin transparent film — glossy, more vivid, and great for layering because you can see through it. Journalers use both, often together. Browse Washi Tape and PET Tape.

Both are low-tack and can usually be lifted and repositioned shortly after application, especially on smooth surfaces, without tearing the page. Over time and on porous paper the bond strengthens, so reposition sooner rather than later for a clean lift.

A Sample Loop offers one full loop of a tape design, allowing you to explore the pattern before committing to a full roll. It's ideal for testing styles, creating themed journal spreads, or organizing your collection with ease.
