01Order processing time
We are committed to providing a smooth and timely shipping experience. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.
02Shipping, tracking and delivery time
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. After dispatch, orders are delivered within an estimated 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
